Choice of optimum technology affects decidedly on product’s quality and of course its’ price. That is why our company COMPOSIT AIRPLANES disposes, in contradiction to a long line of other competitors, a wide variety of different production technologies.
During the production process we use technologies from basic hand-made matrix saturation through vacuum technology with a large amount of composite boards to very modern and progressive production of autoclave (Accurately cut and saturated fabric – composit board material is put into a form). In this manner made half-finished product is annealed inside of a special oven under a great pressure.)
Suitable materials
Spectrum of used materials is also very wide. Suitable material is chosen in dependence on parametres of a final product.
For common construction elements (hoods, wheel covers, basins, etc.), where on a specific demands are not laid we use common materials with essentially favourable price. On the contrary a parts with high demands on fixity (acrobatic aeroplanes components) top quality materials are used, which are but essentially more expensive.
Production process affects quality
A production itself is in progress on a certified workplace with high demands on internal enviroment, which is (by its’ parametres) nearing to a laboratory enviroment. Every part of production process is recorded completely. From the purchase of material to final check-out.
A production certificate is issued for evry construction part. In this cetrificate production conditions (temperature, humidity and a final density of temperance) are strictly declared. During the production process, all important operations are continuously controlled by a trained specialist and everything is documented thoroughly.
